Greenbank Cottage is a well appointed and very comfortable home with living/dining room, separate well equipped kitchen, downstairs shower and utility room (with walk in shower, grab rails and shower seat, loo and wash basin again with grab rails), downstairs twin bedroom. Upstairs are two further bedrooms (one twin, one double), and an additional small room for use either for a cot or occasional bed which can be provided on request. A bathroom with both bath and separate shower completes the accommodation within the cottage.
The cottage has TV/Sky, Video, DVD player, Radio and CD player. Outside there is off road parking for up to 3 vehicles and a large securely fenced private garden with 2 seating areas. Greenbank Cottage is a non smoking, dog friendly cottage.
